IO IN A BOX Intraosseous Trainer
Intraosseous access simulator designed for developing practical skills in a safe training environment. It allows users to identify anatomical landmarks, perform needle insertion, and experience the characteristic change in resistance as the needle enters the bone marrow cavity, enabling systematic improvement of procedural technique without performing the procedure on a real patient.

Description
The simulator is designed to develop intraosseous access skills and enable systematic practice of the procedure in a safe training environment without the use of a real patient. During training, users can accurately identify anatomical landmarks, select the appropriate needle insertion site, perform needle insertion, and experience the characteristic change in resistance as the needle enters the bone marrow cavity.
This training approach helps develop correct procedural technique, improve practical skills, and prepare users for situations where intraosseous access must be established rapidly and accurately.
The simulator is manufactured from patented SOFTTECH materials designed to closely replicate the resistance of tissues and anatomical structures encountered during the procedure. These materials are resistant to intensive use and ultraviolet exposure, making the simulator suitable for repeated training and intensive practical training sessions.
It is a professional training device suitable for medical, emergency care, paramedic, tactical medicine, and other professional training programmes where it is important not only to understand the principles of intraosseous access theoretically but also to develop and reinforce the practical sequence and technique of the procedure.
