Description
The simulator accurately replicates the anatomical structures of the ribs and intercostal spaces, allowing trainees to practise the complete needle decompression procedure step by step — from identifying anatomical landmarks and counting intercostal spaces to selecting the appropriate insertion site and performing the procedure itself.
Tactile feedback during the procedure helps trainees better understand needle insertion depth and tissue resistance, allowing practical skills to be developed in a controlled and safe training environment.
The simulator is manufactured using patented SOFTTECH materials designed to closely replicate the properties of human tissue and provide a realistic procedural feel. These materials are resistant to intensive use and UV exposure, making the simulator suitable for repeated practical sessions and demanding training cycles.
