Description
Blood products, vaccines, and certain medicinal products require strictly controlled storage and transport conditions. Even short-term deviations from the specified temperature limits may affect their quality and suitability for use. Therefore, passive thermal insulation alone may not always be sufficient when transporting temperature-sensitive medical products.
The Stream Defence M16DCe is a 16-litre active temperature-controlled container designed for the safe transport of temperature-sensitive medical products under controlled conditions. Unlike conventional insulated transport containers, which only slow down heat transfer between the contents and the surrounding environment, the M16DCe actively maintains the set internal temperature.
This is particularly important during longer journeys, when operating in field conditions, or in situations where ambient temperatures fluctuate significantly and more stable transport conditions must be maintained.
The temperature-controlled container can be used to transport blood products, vaccines, medicinal products, and other temperature-sensitive medical materials, subject to the storage and transport conditions specified by the manufacturer of each individual product.
Its 16-litre capacity allows the container size to be matched to the volume of cargo being transported, making it suitable both for scheduled medical product transportation and for operations in environments where access to conventional refrigeration infrastructure is limited.
